Hunan is a major agricultural province in China. This paper focuses on the international competitiveness of Hunan agricultural products. Firstly, we evaluate its competitiveness in achievement by using three indexes (MS, TC and RCA), and find that the main agricultural products of Hunan had comparatively strong international competitiveness. Then, its competitiveness in strength is analyzed from two aspects (price and quality), and the conclusion is that the competitiveness mainly come from the low price.
