摘要:
建立了苹果中代森锰锌残留的液质串联确证快速检测方法.苹果样品中的代森锰锌经硫酸二甲脂甲基衍生化后用分散固相萃取(QuEChERS)提取和净化,利用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)在多反应离子监测模式下进行检测.以碎片离子对m/z 241/117进行定性分析、m/z 241/193进行外标法定量分析.标准曲线线性方程为y=25.496x-228.84,r=0.9968,其线性范围在0 005~1.000 mg/kg之间.在0 005~0.5 mg/kg范围内设定4个添加水平.代森锰锌在苹果中的平均回收率为88.7%~109.4%; 其相对标准偏差为5 9%~8.7%; 本方法的检出限(LOD)为0.25 μg/kg; 定量限为(LOQ)为0.83 μg/kg.本方法简便、快速、准确,可用于苹...

It is difficult to directly determine mancozeb because they are insoluble in general solvents. And the residue analysis in agricultural and crops is more complicated currently. In this study, a rapid method has been developed for the determination of germicide mancozeb residues in apple.
