CuWO<inf>4</inf>/WO<inf>3</inf>heterojunction photoanode based on WO<inf>3</inf>plates arrays and CuWO<inf>4</inf>nanoparticles was fabricated to enhance the photoelectrochemical performance. WO<inf>3</inf>plates array films were prepared through a simple hydrothermal method, then a facile dipping-annealing process was employed to fabricate CuWO<inf>4</inf>/WO<inf>3</inf>films.
