To further understand the pathomorphology of bile ducts with Fascioliasis ingoats, The obserived results of gross and histological pathology showed: the pathological changes of bile ducts (interhepatic biles and hepatic ducts), caused by Fasciola hepatical, are simple chronic proliferative inflammation, gland- proliferative inflammation, proliferative adenoma-like inflammation and parasitic mechanical demage of bile ducts.
