摘要:
Brown planthopper Nilaparvata lugens is a serious rice damaging pest and can transmit rice ragged stunt virus. A new biological control method for Nilaparvata lugens by using Wolbachia wStri has been successful in the laboratory. No matter using the strategy of population replacement or the strategy of population suppression to release Nilaparvata lugens infected with wStri, theoretical analysis shows that Nilaparvata lugens infected with wStri may eventually disappear after interacting with the wild Nilaparvata lugens, so the Nilaparvata lugens infected with wStri should be released several times. The question is when and how much to release. In this paper, we propose a population replacement model and a population suppression model with state-dependent impulse release. The existence and stability conditions of the corresponding periodic solutions for these two systems are obtained by applying the theory of semi-continuous dynamical system. We found that the defined evaluation index of wStri release time determines the property of the solutions of the systems. The growth period of Nilaparvata lugens infected with wStri is divided into several stages according to the evaluation index of wStri release time, and the release measures for different stages are put forward, especially the release strategy to make the wild Nilaparvata lugens extinct is discussed. Based on the concept of control degree, a more realistic control goal is also discussed, which is to keep the wild Nilaparvata lugens under a lower level within a finite time. Numerical simulation shows that the effective control has good robustness to the biological parameters of insect, and both strategies can effectively control the wild Nilaparvata lugens. © 2022 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
In order to remediate the phytotoxicity of quinclorac to tomato by multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs), the adsorption of quinclorac to MWCNTs was monitored and the effect of MWCNTs on the phytotoxicity of quinclorac to tomato in soil were studied. The results showed that the Linear equation and Freundlich equation can well fit the adsorption isotherm of quinclorac in the soil containing MWCNTs. The adsorption of quinclorac in soil was significantly enhanced by the addition of MWCNTs; the Kd of soil (1% MWCNTs) was 28.7 times of pure soil. The quinclorac had an obvious inhibitory effect on the growth of tomatoes; serious phytotoxicity was also induced even at the lowest concentration of 0.025mg/kg. With the MWCNTs content in soil increased to 0.5% and 1%, the phytotoxicity of quinclorac to tomatoes decreased significantly, and the height and fresh weight of tomatoes were even higher than those of the control group, indicating that MWCNTs can promote the growth of tomato. These results provide a reference for resolving the problem of phytotoxicity induced by residual herbicides in farmland. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer Science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature.

Rhizosphere-associated microbes have important implications for plant health, but knowledge of the association between the pathological conditions of soil-borne virus-infected wheat and soil microbial communities, especially changes in fungal communities, remains limited. We investigated the succession of fungal communities from bulk soil to wheat rhizosphere soil in both infected and healthy plants using amplicon sequencing methods, and assessed their potential role in plant health. The results showed that the diversity of fungi in wheat rhizosphere and bulk soils significantly differed post wheat yellow mosaic virus disease onset. The structure differences in fungal community at the two wheat health states or two compartment niches were evident, soil physicochemical properties (i.e., NH4+) contribute to differences in fungal community structure and alpha diversity. Comparison analysis showed Mortierellomycetes and Dothideomycetes as dominant communities in healthy wheat soils at class level. The genus Pyronemataceae and Solicoccozyma were significantly are significantly enriched in rhizosphere soil of diseased plant, the genus Cystofilobasidium, Cladosporium, Mortierella, and Stephanonectria are significantly enriched in bulk soil of healthy plant. Co-occurrence network analysis showed that the fungi in healthy wheat soil has higher mutual benefit and connectivity compared with diseased wheat. The results of this study demonstrated that the occurrence of wheat yellow mosaic virus diseases altered both fungal community diversity and composition, and that NH4+ is the most important soil physicochemical factor influencing fungal diversity and community composition. 摘要:
建立了同时测定水中三乙胺、二乙胺、乙胺和氨4种物质的固定解离-气相色谱法。水样用H2SO4酸化,对三乙胺、二乙胺、乙胺及氨固定成盐,酸化后旋转蒸发掉水分,冰水浴下以甲醇为溶剂加入固体NaOH解离,以无水Na2SO4干燥,0.45μm滤膜过滤后进气相色谱测定。该方法峰面积和浓度的线性相关系数达到0.9992以上,检出限为0.03~0.10 mg/L、定量限为0.10~0.28 mg/L,在10,50和100 mg/L3个水平下添加回收率为89.9%~104.8%、相对标准偏差为0.70%~2.1%。该方法适用于乙胺类物质的生产废水及降解废水中三乙胺、二乙胺、乙胺和氨的同时检测。

Herbicides are commonly used globally. However, residual herbicides in soils for ages often result in phytotoxicity and serious yield loss to subsequent crops. In this paper, the multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were utilized to amend the herbicide polluted soil, and the adsorption performance of herbicides to MWCNTs amended soil was studied. Results indicate efficient alleviation of herbicide-induced phytotoxicity to rice and tobacco due to MWCNTs amendment. When 0.4% MWCNTs were applied, the concentration of sulfentrazone that inhibited the same rice height by 50% (IC50) increased to more than 3 times that of pure soil. When the MWCNTs were used to alleviate the phytotoxicity of quinclorac to tobacco, the MWCNTs not only alleviated the phytotoxicity of quinclorac but also promoted the growth of tobacco. The MWCNTs amended soil significantly increased the adsorption of herbicide to soil than biochar. The soil microbial analysis shows that MWCNTs had no significant effect on soil microbial community diversity, but the long-term exposure to MWCNTs could change the structure of the soil microbial community. Above all, our results highlighted the potential implication of the MWCNTs to ensure crop production by promoting crop growth and reducing the residual bioavailability of herbicides. © 2021 Elsevier Ltd

摘要:
MADS-box genes comprise a family of transcription factors that function in the growth and development of plants. To obtain insights into their evolution in watermelon (Citrullus lanatus), we carried out a genome-wide analysis and identified 39 MADS-box genes. These genes were classified into MIKCc (25), MIKC*(3), Mα (5), Mβ (3), and Mγ (3)clades according to their phylogenetic relationship with Arabidopsis thaliana and Cucumis sativus; moreover, these 25 genes in the MIKC clade could be classified into 13 subfamilies, and the Flowering Locus C (FLC)subfamily is absent in watermelon. Analysis of the conserved gene motifs showed similar motifs among clades. Continuing chromosomal localizations analysis indicated that MADS-box genes were distributed across 11 chromosomes in watermelon, and these genes were conditioned to be differentially expressed during plant growth and development. This research provides information that will aid further investigations into the evolution of the MADS-box gene family in plants. © 2019 Elsevier Ltd

Rice fungal pathogens, responsible for severe rice yield loss and biotoxin contamination, cause increasing concerns on environmental safety and public health. In the paddy environment, we observed that the asymptomatic rice phyllosphere microenvironment was dominated by an indigenous fungus, Aspergillus cvjetkovicii, which positively correlated with alleviated incidence of Magnaporthe oryzae, one of the most aggressive plant pathogens. Through the comparative metabolic profiling for the rice phyllosphere microenvironment, two metabolites were assigned as exclusively enriched metabolic markers in the asymptomatic phyllosphere and increased remarkably in a population-dependent manner with A. cvjetkovicii. These two metabolites evidenced to be produced by A. cvjetkovicii in either a phyllosphere microenvironment or artificial media were purified and identified as 2(3H)-benzofuranone and azulene, respectively, by gas chromatography coupled to triple quadrupole mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance analyses. Combining with bioassay analysis in vivo and in vitro, we found that 2(3H)-benzofuranone and azulene exerted dissimilar actions at the stage of infection-related development of M. oryzae. A. cvjetkovicii produced 2(3H)-benzofuranone at the early stage to suppress MoPer1 gene expression, leading to inhibited mycelial growth, while azulene produced lately was involved in blocking of appressorium formation by downregulation of MgRac1. More profoundly, the microenvironmental interplay dominated by A. cvjetkovicii significantly blocked M. oryzae epidemics in the paddy environment from 54.7 to 68.5% (p < 0.05). Our study first demonstrated implication of the microenvironmental interplay dominated by indigenous and beneficial fungus to ecological balance and safety of the paddy environment.

Cyhalodiamide is a novel agrochemical which is effective against Lepidoptera pests, including Cnaphalocrocis medinalis, Chilo suppressalis, Pieris rapae, Plutella xylostella, Helicoverpa armigera, etc. In the study, a fast and accurate analytical method was developed to detect cyhalodiamide in Chinese typical rice field environment by a modified QuEChERS (Quick, Easy, Cheap, Effective, Rugged, Safe) method with UPLC-MS/MS (ultra-high performance chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry). The mean recoveries of cyhalodiamide varied from 73.5% to 107.5%, with the RSDs from 1.2% to 10.7%. The limits of determination (LODs) were 0.0005 mg·kg− 1, and the limits of quantitation (LOQs) were from 0.002 to 0.01 mg·kg− 1 in all five matrices. This method was used to determine cyhalodiamide residues for studies of the distribution and degradation kinetics in rice field environment. The field trials results showed that cyhalodiamide was easily degradable and the half-lives were 4.2–13.6 d in rice straw, 8.77 d in paddy soil and 5.37–8.45 d in paddy water, respectively. The final residues of cyhalodiamide in brown rice were below 0.35 mg·kg− 1. The used dosage of 33.75 g·hm− 2 with pre-harvest interval (PHI) of 21 d and the maximum residue limit (MRL) of cyhalodiamide in rice at 0.1 mg·kg− 1 were recommended, which would be safe to human health and environment. The developed analytical method will be useful to monitor cyhalodiamide residues and safety evaluation in rice environment. © 2018 Elsevier B.V.

针对目标用户近邻集合选择失准的问题,引入可普适性测度非线性关系的关联指标———最大互信息系数(MIC),并以此测度用户间的相似程度。基于某一给定的阈值,为目标用户选择近邻集合,然后以近邻集合作为训练集,构建支持向量机个性化预测模型,对目标用户的感兴趣项目进行打分预测。仿真结果表明,MIC测度较Pearson等测度选择的近邻集合更为准确,并具有对阈值不敏感的优点。

【Objective】Basilepta melanopus is a defoliator of Camellia oleifera in southern China. The sexual selection, mating,and fecundity of B. melanopus (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae) were studied to determine the pest occurrence mechanisms. It may help in the development of sex pheromone used in trapping method for controlling the pest.【Method】 Mature overwintered larvae were collected from the soil under the trees of Camellia oleifera in Yongan (Changsha, Hunan),and reared in the laboratory to obtain adults for this experiment. Mating pairs of newly eclosed adults were placed in a plastic box,where their mating behavior was observed (pre-copulation,copulation and post-copulation), along with the mating and oviposition circadian rhythms (counting the number of eggs laid and the matings during the day and at night). The influences on these behaviors of prior mating experience and long-term pairing were also explored. 【Result】Adults of B. melanopus began to mate in 5 - 6 days after eclosion,and mated on average (5 ± 4.2) times per day. Mating period lasted from 1 - 40 min,for an average of (18.9 ± 9.3) min. In six to seven days after their last mating,females began to lay eggs,mean egg-production was (275.5 ± 131.4). Mating behavior occurred most frequently at 10: 00,accounting for about 40% of total mating,followed by at 16: 00 and 18: 00 and a low level mating was observed only at the rest time. Oviposition activity peaked two times at 16: 00,18: 00,besides,at 14: 00 and 22: 00,to less at 2: 00 oviposition also had smaller peaks. Females tended to choose smaller males to mate with,while males tended to mate with non-virgin females.【Conclusion】Female and male adults of B. melanopus mated multiple times,and both body size and mating experience of adults had significant effects on sexual selection.

Tropolone, a biotoxin produced by the agricultural pathogen Burkholderia plantarii, exerts cytotoxicity toward a wide array of biota. However, due to the lack of quantitative and qualitative approach, both B. plantarii occurrence and tropolone contamination in agricultural environments remain poorly understood. Here, we presented a sensitive and reliable method for detection of B. plantarii in artificial, plant, and environmental matrices by tropolone-targeted gas chromatography-triple-quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry analysis. Limits of detection for B. plantarii and tropolone were 10 colony-forming units (CFU)/mL and 0.017 μg/kg, respectively. In a series of simulation trials, we found that B. plantarii from 10 to 10<sup>8</sup>CFU/mL produced tropolone between 0.006 and 107.8 mg/kg in a cell-population-dependent manner, regardless of habitat. Correlation analysis clarified a reliable reflection of B. plantarii density by tropolone level with R<sup>2</sup>values from 0.9201 to 0.9756 (p <0.01). Through a nationwide pilot study conducted in China, tropolone contamination was observed at 0.014-0.157 mg/kg in paddy soil and rice grains, and subsequent redundancy analysis revealed soil organic matter to be a dominant environmental factor, having a positive correlation with tropolone contamination. In this context, our results imply that potential ecological and dietary risks posed by long-term exposure to trace levels of tropolone contamination are of concern.<br/> ©2018 American Chemical Society.

摘要:
An ultra high-performance liquid chromatography with tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry residue method was developed and validated for the quantification and identification of dinotefuran and its main metabolites 1-methyl-3-(tetrahydro-3-furylmethyl) urea and 1-methyl-3-(tetrahydro-3-furylmethyl) guanidine in fruit (watermelon), vegetable (cucumber), cereal (rice), animal-derived foods (milk, egg, and pork), soil, and water. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile containing 15% v/v acetic acid and purified with dispersive solid-phase extraction with octadecylsilane, primary secondary amine, graphitized carbon black, or zirconia-coated silica prior to analysis. The method had an excellent linearity (R<sup>2</sup> ≥ 0.9942, 1–500 μg/L) and satisfactory recoveries (73–102%) at five spiked levels (0.001, 0.01, 0.05, 0.5, and 2 mg/kg) with intra- or interday precision in the range of 0.8–9.5% and 3.0–12.8% for the three compounds in the eight matrices. The limits of quantification were 10 μg/kg for 1-methyl-3-(tetrahydro-3-furylmethyl) guanidine and 1 μg/kg for 1-methyl-3-(tetrahydro-3-furylmethyl) urea and dinotefuran. The applicability of the developed method was demonstrated by determining the occurrence of dinotefuran, 1-methyl-3-(tetrahydro-3-furylmethyl) guanidine, and 1-methyl-3-(tetrahydro-3-furylmethyl) urea in various samples from plants, animal-derived foods, and the environment. From 80 samples, 70 contained dinotefuran (0.8–11.7 μg/kg), among which six also contained 1-methyl-3-(tetrahydro-3-furylmethyl) urea (water and rice, 0.5–0.9 μg/kg).<br/> ©2018 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. 摘要:
为了提高HIV-1型蛋白酶剪切位点的预测准确性,提出一种基于特征选择和支持向量机的剪切位点预测模型。首先,通过对5830个样本的HIV-1型蛋白酶剪切位点数据集进行分析,根据最小冗余最大相关理念,采用可自动终止法选择剪切位点的特征向量;然后,将特征向量输入到支持向量机进行学习和训练,建立HIV-1型蛋白酶剪切位点的分类模型;最后,采用Matlab 2014的仿真工具箱进行仿真测试。实验结果表明:本文模型在特征最少的条件下,剪切位点预测精度优于参比模型及文献报道,且所选择的特征向量具有较好的可解释性及生物学意义。

摘要:
为揭示洞庭湖沉积物中六氯环己烷(HCHs)、双对氯苯基三氯乙烷(DDTs)、多环芳烃(PAHs)的分布特征及其来源,评价存在的生态风险,于2015年12月采集洞庭湖沅江市南嘴等31个点位0~20cm沉积物,测定了沉积物样品中HCHs、DDTs、PAHs的含量.结果发现,南洞庭湖点位ΣHCHs和ΣPAHs含量变化最大,西洞庭湖点位ΣDDTs和ΣOCPs含量变化最大;沉积物中HCHs的空间分布为东洞庭含量最高,其次为东洞庭湖与南洞庭湖的交界处,其它区域HCHs含量较低,DDTs含量除了在西洞庭湖北部含量较低外,其它区域DDTs含量都相对较高,并出现了多个高值区域,PAHs含量空间分布的最大值出现在东洞庭湖与南洞庭湖交界处,其次为西洞庭湖北部和中部区域;污染源分析发现,洞庭湖沉积物中的23种有机化合物聚类归为3类,而31个监测点归为4类.所有样品中α-HCH/γ-HCH的比值为0.66左右,可以认为洞庭湖沉积物中的HCHs来源于农业生产,并有林丹的使用.而p,p'-DDE/p,p'-DDT的比值发现,沉积物中有新的DDTs输入,比值法得出沉积物中的PAHs主要来自于燃烧源和石油源的污染.风险评价发现,苊烯(Acy)在洞庭湖中存在轻微污染,其它环芳烃在沉积物中不存在污染,而沉积物中o,p′-DDT、p,p′-DDT和ΣDDTs残留量存在一定的生态风险,此外苯并[b]荧蒽(BbF)、苯并[k]荧蒽(BkF)、苯并[ghi]苝(B ghi P)、茚并[1,2,3-cd]芘(Incd P)、α-C_6H_6Cl_6、β-C_6H_6Cl_6、δ-C_6H_6Cl_6及ΣHCHs残留量均有一定检出,应引起重视.

Understanding of mechanisms through which arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) facilitate establishment and growth of exotic species is important in invasion ecology. We have poor understanding of mechanisms that mediate positive or negative impact of AMF to exotic or native species. We ask whether the quantitative and or qualitative differences in the AMF colonization to exotic Flaveria bidentis and native Setaria viridis provide competitive advantage to the invader over native species. Flaveria bidentis, a native of South America, is an aggressive invader in North China. Native S. viridis is widely distributed in farmlands, roadsides and wastelands, and also found in Flaveria bidentis invaded areas. We hypothesize that exotic species alter AMF composition, which facilitate the establishment and growth of exotic species and reduces the competitiveness of native species. Experiments were carried out to: (i) quantify AMF colonization in roots of field-grown F. bidentis or S. viridis, (ii) isolate DNA sequences of AMF species from roots and soils of exotic F. bidentis and native S. viridis to carry out phylogenetic studies, and (iii) study the effect of AMF Rhizophagus intraradices spores on the physiological performance traits of both exotic F. bidentis and native S. viridis. Our results suggest that certain AMF clones had higher colonization (85%) in roots of F. bidentis than S. viridis (21.1%). AMF-inoculation (130 spores per 100 g soil) enhanced the net photosynthetic rate in the native S. viridis when grown in monoculture but reduced its net photosynthetic rate when grown in competition with exotic F. bidentis. A lower corrected index of relative competition intensity in exotic F. bidentis, and higher levels of foliar nutrient accumulation was observed in response to AMF inoculation than native S. viridis. We show that higher AMF colonization in F. bidentis provides competitive advantage over native S. viridis. This study is important because it establishes the impact of AMF colonization on physiological and ecological performance of the invader. © 2017 Elsevier Ltd

为探究不同修复方式对重金属污染土壤理化性质、土壤-稻谷中总Pb、总Cd、无机As含量的影响,2016年3月—11月以水稻品种“株两优819”为材料,以长沙县黄花镇某合作社的承包田为试验对象,设计6组不同修复方式,T1不做任何处理,T2施用生石灰,T3施用生石灰并进行优化水分管理,T4施用生石灰和楚戈土壤重金属调理剂并进行优化水分管理,T5施用生石灰和喷施叶面阻控剂并进行优化水分管理,T6施用生石灰和楚戈土壤重金属调理剂及叶面阻控剂并进行优化水分管理。运用地累积指数、潜在生态风险指数和危险指数法对土壤及其上生长的稻谷进行重金属污染评价。结果表明,T1~T6修复后土壤中的阳离子交换量、有机质及pH值与修复前相比均有变化,其中土壤中pH值增幅为0.033~1.017;T1~T6修复后土壤中的无机As含量增幅为0.072~1.481 mg/kg,而总Pb和总Cd含量均下降,降幅分别为0.481~3.133、0.038~0.113 mg/kg,且T4修复后土壤中的总Pb、总Cd含量下降最明显,分别下降了0.120、3.133 mg/kg;T6修复后稻谷中的总Cd含量略低于国家二级标准,T1~T5修复后稻谷中的总Cd含量均超出国家二级标准,其中T1修复后稻谷中的总Cd含量超出国家二级标准4.5倍;T1~T6修复下稻谷的危险指数(hazard index,HI)顺序为T1>T2>T3>T5>T4>T6,其中T6修复危险指数最小,说明多种修复方式的联合使用比单独种植低镉水稻品种修复效果好,更有利于研究区的稻谷安全与人体健康。

The environmental protection agency thinks that quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR) analysis can better replace toxicity tests. In this paper, we developed QSAR methods to evaluate the narcosis toxicities of 50 phenol analogues. We first built multiple linear regression (MLR), stepwise multiple linear regression (SLR) and support vector regression (SVR) models using five descriptors and three different partitions, and the optimal SVR models with all three training-test partitions had the highest external prediction ability, about 10% higher than the models in the literature. Second, to identify more effective descriptors, we applied two in-house methods to select descriptors with clear meanings from 1264 descriptors calculated by the PCLIENT software and used them to construct the MLR, SLR and SVR models. Our results showed that our best SVR model (R<inf>pred</inf><sup>2</sup>= 0.972) significantly increased 16.55% on the test set, and the appropriate partition presented the better stability. The different partitions of the training-test datasets also supported the excellent predictive power of the best SVR model. We further evaluated the regression significance of our SVR model and the importance of each single descriptor of the model according to the interpretability analysis. Our work provided a valuable exploration of different combinations among data partition, descriptor selection and model and a useful theoretical understanding of the toxicity of phenol analogues, especially for such a small dataset. ©The Royal Society of Chemistry.

A colorimetric assay has been developed for detection of Cd2+ utilizing DL-mercaptosuccinic acid modified gold nanoparticles (MSA-AuNPs). The method showed good selectivity for Cd2+ over other metal ions. As a result, the linear relationships (r > 0.9606) between concentration 0.07 mM and 0.20 mM for cadmium ion were obtained. The detection limit was as low as 0.07 mM by the naked eye. The effect of pH on the aggregation was optimized. The MSA-AuNPs probe could be used to detect Cd2+ in an aqueous solution based on the aggregation-induced color change of MSA-AuNPs.

摘要:
为提高辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OPn EO)的生物降解效果,在本实验室已筛选出的H1、TXBc10、OPQb11、TXBa23四株OPn EO高效降解菌的基础上,首次从构建OPn EO混合菌的角度,着重探究了四菌株等比例不同组合降解OPn EO的效果.结果表明,混合菌L9(H1∶TXBc10∶TXBa23为1∶1∶1)培养7d后对初始浓度500mg/LOPn EO的降解率最高,达到56.44%,比各单一菌株降解效果有较明显提高.运用单因素试验考察了影响L9的相关因素,初步确定L9降解OPn EO的最适外加碳源和氮源分别为葡萄糖和胰蛋白胨,最适初始p H值为7.0,最适温度为28℃,最适接种量为4%.Plackett-Burman试验筛选获得影响OPn EO降解率的3个显著因子为L9接种量、温度及初始p H值.最陡爬坡试验逼近3个显著因子的最大响应区域,采用Box-Behnken试验设计及响应面法分析,确定L9的最优降解条件为50m L反应体系中接种量4.16%、温度28.20℃、初始p H值7.13、葡萄糖与胰蛋白胨浓度均为2%、OPn EO初始浓度500mg/L、180r/min培养7d,该条件下混合菌L9对OPn EO降解率达62.15%,比未优化条件提高了5%左右.

双乳液是一类多重乳状液体系,它具有保护物质并且可以控制这些物质从一个相释放到另一个相的能力。近年来这类乳液体系与传统微胶囊制备方法的结合在药物输送(如抗癌药物、激素等)、食品等领域得到了一定的应用,解决了传统微胶囊制备方法无法有效封装高度水溶性物质等问题。基于此,综述了双乳液体系与微胶囊制备方法结合延伸出的一些新方法,包括双乳液-复凝聚法、复乳溶剂挥发法以及膜乳化复乳法等;同时,评述了影响双乳液体系制备微胶囊的各种因素,展望了双乳液体系在农药微胶囊制备中的应用前景。
