The method of Multi-affinity analysis and Fourier transfer are used to distinguish coding and non-coding sequences in a complete genome based on a number sequence representation. First, a number sequence representation of DNA sequences is introduced. Multi-affinity analysis and Fourier transfer then are performed on the representation of the obtained number sequence. Three appropriate exponents are selected to construct a parameter space. Thus, each coding or non-coding sequence can be represented by a point in the three parameter space. The points corresponding to coding or non-coding sequences in the complete genome of prokaryotes are seen to be divided into different regions. Finally, Support Vector Machine (SVM) is used to give the discriminant accuracies. For all 51 prokayotes, the average discriminant accuracies is 85.26%.

For hedging the market risk, the electrical forward contracts are subjected to the extensive concern and research. A new electricity range forward contract with bilateral financial options is introduced, which allows both seller and buyer to take advantage of flexibility in generation and consumption to obtain benefits while simultaneously removing the risk of market price fluctuations. The optimal quantity of put options and call options can be calculated by modeling the maximum expected benefits of them. It is explained that seller and buyer can achieve his or her higher expected benefits with purchasing the put options and call options than not from the numerical analysis. It is also explained that both parties sign the range forward contracts will help to raise total social benefits.
