In the present paper, experimental materials of 33 accessions representative of the Euodia rutaecarpa from four Chinese provinces were analyzed using the sequence-related amplified polymorphism (SRAP) and amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) techniques, focusing on their molecular discrimination and the assessment of their genetic relatedness.
