随农村合作经济组织蓬勃发展,一些示范性农村合作经济组织开始在社员内部开展资金互助,实现生产合作与信用合作结合,缓解农户在生产经营中的融资约束问题,助力产业发展。近年我国农村分工分业、农户分层逐步加快,社员异质性结构成为农村合作经济组织内部环境的常态,农村合作经济组织内资金互助如何持续健康发展值得关注。通过梳理大量关于社员异质性、农村合作经济组织内资金互助相关文献,发现社员异质性对农村合作经济组织治理机制具有正负两方面影响。异质性社员间存在合作激励,合理利用社员异质性特征,可实现产业合作与信用合作联合,促进农村合作经济组织发展。

With a booming development of rural cooperative economic organization, developing mutual funds was carried out in some representative cooperatives, which helped to achieve a close integration between productive cooperation and credit cooperation,the problem of the farmers financing constraints during production would be alleviated and industry development in cooperatives would also be promoted greatly.
