We proposed a theoretical framework to identify key factors influencing e-procurement adoption. The framework combines the theory of planned behaviour and the model of technological acceptance, commonly used in B2B analyses. Through a literature review, we developed the model, drawing insights from a leading B2B e-commerce company in China. Data from 518 completed questionnaires were analysed using structural equation modelling.
