随着移动互联网、支付系统和评价系统的不断完善,共享经济进入高速发展期。网约车作为移动互联网的新生事物和共享经济的一个细分领域,因行业监管体系和法律法规不够完善,受约束程度低,在其快速发展过程中带来了负面影响。为此,本文通过研究长沙市网约车的监管措施及其经验,建议从明确相关主体的责任、完善法律法规、健全行业制度、多主体协同治理等方面规范共享经济的发展秩序。
