Research hot spots on service quality of domestic pension institutions--Based on the method of Co-word analysis

以“养老机构服务质量”为主题词，在中国知网（CKNI）检索2001--2017年发表的期刊论文，获得519条结果，剔除重复不相关的文献，获得351篇有效期刊论文。运用书目共现分析系统（BICOMB2．0）进行高频关键词的统计，并利用SPSS21．0软件，进行高频关键词的聚类分析和多维尺度分析。研究发现，国内养老机构服务质量研究热点主要有：养老机构标准化建设及质量规范，养老需求、老年人生活质量与服务质量的关系，评价指标体系的构建等。随着社会对医养结合型养老机构需求的增长，医养结合型养老机构服务质量的评价将成为未来学者重点关注的研究领域。

According to subject words＂the quality of service pension institutions ＂, retrieval 2001--2017 journal papers in the general library of China（CKNI） , get 519 results, excluding repeated and uncorrelated documents, obtain 351 effective papers. The use of bibliographic co-occurrence statistics analysis system （BICOMB2.0） high frequency keywords, and using SPSS21.0 software, Clustering analysis and multidimensional analysis of high frequency key words.
