以烤烟K326和云烟87为研究对象,研究了菜籽饼肥、菜籽饼肥浸提液和菜籽饼肥滤渣与无机肥配合施用对烤烟中性挥发性香气物质含量的影响.结果表明,配施不同形态菜籽饼肥能显著提高烤烟挥发性香气物质含最,不同处理烤烟挥发性香气物质总最从高到底依次为:施菜籽饼肥滤渣＞施菜籽饼肥＞菜籽饼浸提液＞纯施无机肥；配施不同形态菜籽饼肥的处理,以施菜籽饼肥滤渣处理增加烤烟主要挥发性香气物质方面效果明显,其新植二烯、类胡萝卜素降解物、类西柏烷化合物、美拉德反应物、芳香族氨基酸降解物以及非新植二烯中性香气物的含最最高.

Using varieties Yunyan87 and K326 as material,the experiment studied the impact of applying rapeseed,rapeseed cake residues and rapeseed water extracts with chemical fertilizer on tobacco neutral volatile aroma substances.The results indicate that different forms of rapeseed cake fertilizer can significantly increase the contents of volatile aroma substances in Yunyan87 and K326,the total volatile aroma substances in the different treatment of flue-cured tobacco from high to low are as follows： rapeseed residues applied〉 rapeseed cake applied...
