Comparison on Main Chemical Components of Full Flavor Flue- cured Tobacco Leaves Grown in Different Areas of Hunan Province

采集了湖南省浓香型烤烟产区的B2F、C3F、X2F三个等级烤烟样本111个,用常规统计方法对烟叶淀粉含量的基本统计特征、等级差异、地区差异进行分析,用聚类分析法对烤烟淀粉含量进行聚类。结果表明：湖南浓香型烤烟淀粉含量范围为1.11%~6.02%,淀粉含量平均值存在年度间差异；不同等级淀粉含量大小排序为C3F>B2F>X2F,且X2F与C3F、B2F等级烤烟淀粉含量存在显著性差异；长沙、衡阳地区烟叶淀粉含量较高,郴州最低,部分区域之间存在显著性差异。根据聚类分析结果可将湖南浓香型烤烟淀粉含量分为高、中、低3大类型。

A total of 111 flue-cured tobacco samples with 3 grades(B2F,C3F,and X2F)were collected from the full fla-vor flue-tobacco areas of Hunan Province;Basic statistical characteristic of starch content,the content difference between grades,grown areas were studied; Cluster analysis was carried out on the starch of flue-cured tobacco samples.
