比较了筐篮装烟方式与烟夹编烟、传统烟竿编烟的烟叶烘烤效果.结果表明:筐篮装烟容量大,装烟鲜重量分别是烟夹编烟和烟竿编烟方式的1.41倍和1.55倍,筐篮式装烟干烟折合成本为2.73元/kg,较烟夹编烟节约11.07％,比烟竿编烟节约39.47％.筐篮式装烟烤后烟叶质量无明显差异,且中部烟上等烟比例和均价高于其他方式.

This paper compared the baking effect of tobacco leaf under different loading method （loading tobacco leaf with clips, loading tobacco leaf with pole and loading tobacco leaf with basket -style）. The results show that the installed ca- pacity of basket - style loading method is bigger than that of the other two methods, and the fresh weight of tobacco loaded in basket way is 1.41 times and 1.55 times of that of tobacco clip way and tobacco rod way, 2.73 yuan/kg,which is 11.07% less than that under clips - style and 39.47% under pole - that th...
