张家界市作为我国知名的旅游城市,其核心旅游区的发展已经较为成熟,但是张家界仍然是一个还存在大量贫困人口的少数民族聚居地区。大力发展乡村旅游是张家界实施旅游扶贫、推进农业供给侧改革的重要战略途径。基于此,通过对张家界市乡村旅游的调查研究,对其乡村旅游发展进行SWOT分析,并基于SWOT模型对其提出了相应的发展策略,以期为张家界乡村旅游的发展提供理论参考。
