Calvarial osteoblasts of SD rats were isolated by the method of the modified twice-enzyme digestion and stimulated with different concentrations of lead acetate solution （0,20,40,80 μmol/L）, and tested the activity and expression of phosphatidylcholine specific phospholipase C protein （PC-PLC） after 24 h.
