Calvarial osteoblasts of SD rats were isolated by the method of the modified twice-enzyme digestion and stimulated with different concentrations of lead acetate solution (0,20,40,80 μmol/L), and tested the activity and expression of phosphatidylcholine specific phospholipase C protein (PC-PLC) after 24 h.
