"十二五"以来,我国高速公路发展呈现旺盛态势,至2017年6月,全国高速公路通车里程达13.1万公里,位居世界第一。高速公路从工程立项、勘测、设计、施工、监理、计量到竣工验收及后续的运营管理与经营开发过程中产生了大量的各种门类和不同载体的文件材料,它是高速公路发展的真实历史记录和宝贵财富,是国家档案全宗的重要组成部分。目前,作为转型发展中的高速公路档案管理工作也开始数字档案馆和智慧型档案馆的探索。本文基于智慧档案馆的理念,提出建设高速公路智慧档案馆的基本构想与同行共同探讨,以期为我国高速公路智慧档案馆建设发展提供参考。

Since the launch of 12th Five-Year Plan （2011-2015）, China＇s highways have shown a good momentum of development. By the end of June 2017, expressways mileage reached 131,000 kilometers, ranking top of the whole world.
