Disorders of membrane lipid metabolism are responsible for the deterioration of postharvest fruit quality. In this study, a multi-omics approach was utilized to investigate how visible light-responsive chitosan composite active (CC) films regulate membrane lipid metabolism to delay kiwifruit quality deterioration.
