目的研究和分析复发型吉兰-巴雷综合征(GBS)的临床特点。方法收集72例GBS患者的临床资料，排除Miller-Fisher综合征、波动型GBS以及急性发作型CIDP病例，将其余病例分为复发型吉兰-巴雷综合征组(R-GBS组)5例和非复发型吉兰-巴雷综合征组(NR-GBS组)56例，通过统计学分析比较其两组间在年龄、性别、是否伴有自身免疫性疾病、前驱感染、是否伴有脑神经受累、病情高峰时神经功能受损情况、临床发作类型方面有无差别；并将5例R-GBS组患者的临床特点进行进一步比较及归纳。结果R-GBS组首次发病年龄为31.80± 13. 37岁,NR-GBS组为44. 84 ± 13.72岁，P值

Objective To study the clinical features of patients with Recurrent Guillain-Barr6 syndrome （R-GBS）. Methods We studied 72 Guillain-Barr6 syndrome patients, excluded MFS, GBS-TRF and A-CIDP patients.
