Status and Optimization of Food Safety Education in Primary and Middle Schools

校园食品安全关系到学生的身体健康、生命安全以及学校正常的教学秩序。文章通过问卷调查湖南省长沙市中小学学生对于校园食品安全的认知情况。结果表明，中小学学生的食品安全教育存在校园食品安全教育主体责任不清晰、教育知识不全面、学生自身食品安全意识淡薄等问题。因此，结合现状提出校园食品安全教育的优化路径，以期减少并预防食品安全事件的发生。

Campus food safety is related to student health, safety, and the normal teachingorder in school. Through questionnaire survey, it investigates the student cognition of schoolfood safety in primary and middle schools in Changsha, Hunan Province.
