Two lines of rapeseed with high and low oil contents respectively which have the same genetic background were used to study the dynamic changes of oil-content, glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PDH) activity, and phosphafidate phosphatase (PPase) activity during seed formation, and the correlation between enzymes and oil content in Brassica napus was analysed.
