农村土地适度规模经营对村庄治理有重要影响。农地适度规模的经营主体可分为公司、合作社和大户等三种类型。以公司为主体的农地适度规模经营能增强村庄治理的经济能力，但排斥劳动力，扩大农民面临的风险，加速村庄共同体的瓦解；以合作社为主体的农地适度规模经营分为社区型合作社和农民自主组建的合作社两类，前者能显著增强村庄治理的经济能力，但排斥劳动力，内部治理成本高昂。后者不排斥劳动力，能提高农民收入，增强村民之间的社会资本；以大户为主体农地适度规模经营能较好维护村庄的稳定和秩序，但大户的生活满意度不高，流动性意愿较强。

The appropriate scale operation of rural land has a significant impact on village governance. In this paper, the appropri-ate scale operation of rural land is divided into companies, cooperatives and large farmer according to business entities and their impact on village governance. It is concluded that companies as business entities of the appropriate scale operation of rural land can enhance the economic capacity of village governance, but to exclude labor force, increase the risk of farmers, and accelerate the collapse of the village community; Cooperatives as business entities of the appro...
