为探讨烟草胞质雄性不育发生的机制,采用高效液相色谱法,测定烟草K326、K394和云烟87雄性不育系及其保持系叶片和花蕾中5种植物内源激素的含量,并对不同激素间的比值进行分析。结果表明:除云烟87苗期外,各材料保持系叶片中IAA含量高于不育系;K326、K394和云烟87保持系现蕾期(蕾)中ABA含量分别为不育系的2.2、5.2和2.6倍;各材料不育系叶片中ZRs的含量为先升高后降低;云烟87叶片中,不育系GA含量低于保持系,且差异显著。各材料不育系现蕾期(蕾)中IAA/ABA和GA/ ABA均高于保持系;K326不育系现蕾期(叶)中(ZRs+iPAs)/ABA的比值为其保持系的33.9倍;K326和K394不育系中心花开放期(蕾)中GA/iPAs高于保持系...

To study the mechanism of tobacco cytoplasmic male sterility, high-performance liquid chromatography was used to measure the contents of endogenous hormones(ZRs, iPAs, GA, ABA and IAA)in leaves and buds of tobacco cv. K326, K394 and Yunyan 87 with male-sterile and maintainer lines, and the ratios between different endogenous hormones were also analyzed.
