当代女性健康审美存在一定的偏颇,具体表现为过度求瘦而忽视健康目标,崇尚纤弱之美而忽视肌肉的机能,重视形体美的塑造而忽视内在精神的涵养,追求运动的时尚性而忽视运动的科学性等.当代女性在健康审美上产生偏颇的原因有传统男权主义的控制与干预、明星效应以及学校体育的失职等.培养女性合理的健身路径应当树立正确的女性形体美学观,发挥学校体育的本体功能,创设女性体育锻炼环境,注意舆论导向的正确性等.

There are certain bias in modern women＇s appreciation of health and beauty. They overvalue skinniness and slenderness but neglect health and muscular function; they value exterior beauty but neglect interior beauty; they pursue sports modernity but neglect sports science. The social reasons for this phenomenon include the control and intervention of patriarchy ideology, the role model effect of stars and the remiss of school P.E. The right road to female fitness should be to establish a right female beauty-appreciation concept, bring into play...
