大学英语教学的本质是以工具性与人文性结合为价值取向,现时的大学英语教学注重语言的纯工具性质。提出了从教学目的、教学内容、教学过程及教学评价等四个方面改进大学英语教学,真正实现大学英语教学的工具性与人文性价值的融合,培养学生的人文素养。
