Research on evaluation index system of family farm based on AHP method

基于层次分析法(AHP法)构建了家庭农场价值评估指标体系。从农场主个人素质、农产品市场情况、农产品或生产服务特性、农业技术与商业模式四个方面,选择农场主的学历(B1)、农场主的从业经验(B2)等11个评价指标,通过构造判断矩阵计算各层次指标权重。结果表明:准则层权重值排序为农产品或生产服务特性(A3) (权重=0.416 3) >农业技术与商业模式(A4)(权重0.227 6) >农场主自身素质(A1)(权重0.190 1) >农产品市场情况(A2)(权重0.166 0);指标层总排序权重前位分别为产品生产效率(B8)(权重=0.225 8) >产品客户满意度(B7) (权重=0.190 5) >农场主的从业经验(B2)(权重=0.135 9)。结合分析结果,提出家庭农...
