以国内外学者的研究成果以及国家现有的企业信息化基本评价指标为基础,着眼于企业信息化成熟度的评价,利用IMM模型与德尔菲技术,提出针对农业产业化龙头企业的企业信息化成熟度评价体系。在此基础上,利用AHP确定体系中各评价指标的权重,从而实现对农业龙头企业信息化成熟度的定量分析,最后通过数值代入法对该体系的适用性进行检验。研究结果显示,对农业龙头企业信息化成熟度评价体系的构建,能够更好的反映农业龙头企业的信息化水平。

Based on research results at home and abroad and domestic existing evaluation indexes of enterprises industrialization, this paper points out the evaluation system in infomatization maturity of leading enterprises of agriculture industrialization by using IMM （Interactive Multitude Model） and Delphi method. Moreover, AHP （Analytic Hierarchy Process） was used to confirm the weights of indexes to achieve quantitative analysis of the informatization maturity of these key enterprises.
