为探究湖南省农村集体土地拆迁补偿的现状和影响因素,利用湖南省304份集体土地拆迁的问卷调查数据,采用多元Logistic回归方法进行分析。结果表明:湖南省拆迁的认知度较低,主要表现为相关政策与法律法规宣传不够;政府行为与政策的透明度较低,主要表现为补偿标准制定不合理、硬性安置;拆迁补偿总体满意度较低,主要表现为补偿不公平、安置后的生活保障不足。对此,提出了修订补偿标准、公开补偿程序、增加补偿方式、推进拆迁立法等对策。并具体就补偿价值市场化提出:土地补偿价值可根据城市居民消费价格指数(UCPI)与农村居民消费价格指数(RCPI)来协同调整,而房屋拆迁补偿价值可根据城市居民消费价格...
