【目的】推动休闲农庄健康发展对于实现农业农村现代化、助力实施乡村振兴战略具有重要意义，准确评判休闲农庄的经营绩效并探索其影响因素可为提升休闲农庄经营绩效、促进其可持续发展提供参考依据。【方法】从经营能力、发展能力、社会效益和生态效益4个维度构建了休闲农庄经营绩效的综合评价指标体系，基于实地调研和问卷调查获取了湖南省88家休闲农庄数据，评价了休闲农庄的经营绩效，并在此基础上进一步考察了休闲农庄经营绩效的影响因素。【结果】经营能力和社会效益是休闲农庄绩效评价的2个关键维度；样本农庄中，经营绩效水平最高为2.24，最低为-0.81，经营绩效得分处于较高、一般和较低...
