为精确测定猪链球菌2型的半数致死量,通过对猪链球菌2型菌株进行液体培养,采用分光光度计测定茵液的实时OD600值,制作细菌的生长曲线,并确定OD600值与茵液稀释倍数的关系、猪链球菌对BALB/c小鼠的半数致死量.结果猪链球菌2型用THB液体培养基培养2h达到对数生长期,培养至5h的茵液OD600值为1.51,此时对应的活茵浓度为5.3×108 CFU/mL;猪链球菌2型对BALB/c小鼠的LD50为1.116×108 CFU,95％置信区间为9.429×108-1.31 1×108 CFU.

To accurately determine the median lethal dose of Streptococcus suis type 2, Streptococcus suis type 2 liquid culture was strained, spectrophotometer was used to determine microbial real-time OD600 value, then bacterial growth curve was formulated and the relationship between the bacterial suspension dilution ratio and OD600 was ascertained.
