从专家科学研究的共性和专家知识需求的典型特征出发,开展以专家、服务人员以及二者之间在服务过程中的互动关系为主体,突出以思维科学为主导的技术方法初步研究,探讨了专家知识需求的基本推断方法,构建了专家知识需求推断的思维模型。
