现代信息技术在促进智慧医疗与数字服务的迅猛发展的同时，也加大了城乡之间的差距。医疗服务数字鸿沟就是一个重要体现。本文从农村居民角度出发，探究农村居民医疗服务“数字鸿沟”中农村居民需求、信息技术、医疗机构供给三大类影响因素，运用ISM解释结构模型得出4级多层次递阶结构，通过分析影响因素模型，为弥合农村居民医疗服务“数字鸿沟”提供突破点。
