翻译研究中,越来越多的学者关注到了伦理在翻译中的重要性,纷纷对翻译伦理问题进行研究。本文取角于伦理维度,从文本、主体和文化三个截面梳理出变译伦理中"舍"与"得"内涵:（1）变译伦理中原文文本之舍与译文文本之得;（2）变译伦理中的作者之舍与译者和读者之得;（3）变译伦理中个性之舍与共性之得。
