In this paper we will analyze the changes and influence factors in rice production in Shandong Province in the past 15 years by the research methods of mathematical statistics and regression analysis with the data of rice planting area, yield and total yield during 2000 to 2014 and explore the influence of accelerating industrialization and urbanization on it.
