合理有序的高校人才流动能够激发高校人才队伍的活力,增强高校的核心竞争力.然而,在我国高校人才整体流动性不足的情况下,各高校自身人才流动就容易陷入无序状态.生态学为高校人才流动提供了新的研究视角与思路.研究表明,高校人才流动的实质是人才不断追求最佳生态位的过程,人才流动过程中会受到社会、高校与人才自身等生态因子的影响.从生态位理论视角切入,剖析高校人才流动失序的三大生态因子,即社会、高校、人才个体,探寻促进高校人才合理有序流动的生态路径.
