近年,湖南省的动漫产业发展迅速,目前已初步形成集创作、研发、制作、加工、出版、发行、教育培训、播出和衍生产品开发等于一体的完整产业体系,处于集群发展的初级阶段。湖南动漫产业集群具有一定的竞争能力,但仍然存在不少问题,唯有扬长避短,发挥已有优势,发掘潜在优势,才能进一步提高自己的国际竞争力。
