Germination performance of tomato (Lycopersicon esculdntum Mill. cv.Moneymaker) seeds was improved by osmopriming, and was not affected by hydropriming, or even badly hurt by over-long period. Morphological changes in tomato seed during osmopriming and hydropriming were followed using X-ray photogrphs upon redrying.Embryo, endosperm and free space areas were measured.
