基于茶树基因组数据,通过生物信息学方法,对茶树全基因组TCP家族成员进行染色体定位、基因结构、编码蛋白特性和系统进化关系分析,同时采用荧光定量PCR验证茶树TCPs在不同组织部位的相对表达水平。结果表明,茶树全基因组中共鉴定出36个具有典型TCP保守结构域的转录因子基因,其CDS全长和编码氨基酸的数量分别在453 ~ 1 824 bp和150 ~ 607 aa之间,命名为CsTCP1 ~ CsTCP30。系统进化分析显示,茶树TCP转录因子家族可分为2个亚族:Class I和Class II,并可进一步分为8个亚组(A ~ H),其中Class I亚族中的TCP蛋白属于PCF或TCP-P类型,而Class II可分为CYC/TB1和CIN两种类型。基因结构和保守结构域分析结果...

In this study, a genome-wide analysis of TCP genes was performed in Camellia sinensis, including identification, chromosomal localization, gene structure, phylogenetic analyses and expression analysis in different organs. In all, thirty-six proteins were identified with typical TCP domains.
