Investigation on Aflatoxin B1 contamination in silage of some dairy farms in Henan Province

为了解近年来河南省奶牛场青贮饲料中黄曲霉毒素B1（Aflatoxin B1,AFB1）的污染情况，为奶牛生产及疾病防控提供参考。课题组于2019年10月至2020年5月，从河南省5个地区15个地市的69家奶牛场采集全株玉米青贮饲料样品109份，采用酶联免疫吸附法检测AFB1的含量。结果显示：样品总阳性率为64.22%（70/109）;总体场阳性率为66.67%（46/69）;5份样品AFB1含量超出我国规定的限量值（30μg/kg）,超标率为4.59%（5/109）;4个场样品中AFB1含量超出我国规定，超标率为5.80%（4/69）;5个地区的阳性率由低到高依次为豫西（36.84%）、豫中（57.89%）、豫南（58.33%）、豫北（75.00%）、豫东（92.30%）;样品超...
