粗放型经济发展方式不仅浪费了大量的资源,而且严重污染了环境.发展现代农业是转变农业经济发展方式的重要途径.现代农业是高科技农业、组织化农业、市场化农业、规模化农业、多功能农业、高效率农业、高效益农业和两型农业,能够促进农业发展方式转变.但是,还存在农业基本经营制度和基础设施、科技支农不力、农村资源和环境等阻碍农业发展方式转变因素.需要运用"六用三提高"来发展现代农业,转变农业发展增长方式,促进农业又好又快发展.

Extensive mode of economic development not only wastes a great amount of resources, but also seriously pollutes the environment.
