文章以大城市实地拍摄到的环保类公示语为语料,从四个方面分析并归纳了目前我国环保类公示语汉英翻译中存在语言错误、语用失误、文化失译、交际失误四大问题并系统分析了造成这些错误的主观原因,如：译者粗心,语言基本知识欠缺;语言文化背景知识欠缺,中式英语思维;忽略目标语言固有的规范性和文化规约性等。最后,以目的论为指导,为环保类公示语的翻译实践提出了切实可行的＂借＂＂仿＂＂合＂＂顺＂＂解＂＂感＂＂创＂七大策略。

Based on the study and analysis of many environmental protection-related public signs which are taken or collected by the author herself in many big cities, this paper analyzes and concludes the major problems in current C-E translation of environmental protection-related public signs from the following four aspects： linguistic problems; cultural problems; pragmatic problems and communicative action failure.
