文章从专利分布和行业竞争两个角度阐述了智能化农业装备在知识产权上存在的问题,分析研究了知识产权问题对行业发展所带来的影响,并从加强管理、推广宣传、完善制度三个方面提出了加强知识产权保护意识的措施。通过提高知识产权意识使得智能化农业装备的发展具备持续性,研发具备自主知识产权的智能农业装备,不仅有利于提升我国农业装备行业的国际竞争力,同时有利于提升国家综合实力。
