针对农业机械结构复杂,品类繁多的特点,分析了农业机械的分类、结构布局及专利现状,以作物移栽机械为例探讨农业作业机械和农业动力机械在发明专利、实用新型专利与外观设计中的专利分布特点,提出了农业机械专利全方位保护的方法,为农业机械行业专利申请提供一定的技术支持。
