Comparative Study on Cultivation Objectives of Vocational Education Master Graduate between China and Abroad

比较国内外职业教育学硕士研究生培养目标发现,我国大部分院校仍套用高等教育学硕士培养模式,多培养理论型人才,仅少数院校注重培养应用型、技能型人才,总体目标还定位在学术人才培养上;而发达国家职业教育学硕士研究生培养目标已经向专业化、职业化、教育化方向转变,其课程设置呈现个性化、多样性特点.我国职业教育学学科建设尤其是硕士研究生培养目标制定可借鉴其目标针对性、职业性、服务性、应用性强,以及宽进严出培养模式等成功经验.

Comparing the cultivation objectives of vocational education master graduate between China and abroad, and the results show that, most higher education institutions still apply mechanically the cultivation model of higher education pedagogy, cultivate more theoretical talents, and only few schools pay attention to cultivate applied and skilled talents; the cultivation objectives of vocational education pedagogy in developed Countries are transforming to specialization, professionalization and educating, and their curriculum setup manifest the characteristics of individualization and diversific...
