科技与人文之间的矛盾一直没有停息并有愈演愈烈之势。二者之间的关系是一个广泛又深刻的课题，反映到职业教育领域表现为：重视对学生进行专业知识的传授和专业技能的训练，忽视情感、态度、价值观等人文素质的养成。如何解决这些问题？精神科学教育学派倡导的“教育即文化”的命题给出了很好的启示：唤醒、陶7台、理解、体验、表达、反省等是职业教育领域应着力加强的方面。
