教师作为职业院校发展的中坚力量,其专业素质的培养、发展是教师成长的关键性因素。卓越教师是指具备超出一般教师的专业素质并且不断追求完善的优秀教师,卓越教师专业素质具有发展性、稳定性、示范性等特征。调查分析发现,当前职业院校卓越教师应具有的专业素质主要包括知识性素质、发展性素质和与专业相关的道德性素质。

Teachers are the backbone in the development of vocational colleges, and the cultivation and development of professional qualities are the key factors to the growth of teachers.
