A hydroponics experiment was carried out to investigate calcium content, accumulation and uptake in root, stem and leaf in flue-cured tobacco under different sulfur concentrations. Results showed that calcium contents in root, stem and leaf were reduced significantly or highly significantly along with increase of sulfur concentration from 0 mmol/L to 8 mmol/L.
