在湖南省41家示范社问卷调查与实地访谈的基础上,对示范社在财务管理制度、财会人员、会计核算、审计与监管、成员的合法权益保障等财务管理工作内容中出现的现象做了概括性总结和原因分析,最后提出实现财务管理工作规范化的合理建议。

This paper reviewed and analyzed financial management system, working staff, financial accounting, auditing, supervision, protection of farmers' legitimate rights and interests in tobacco farmer cooperatives based on data collected by questionnaire and field investigation. Suggestions were thus proposed to help standardize financial management in such tobacco farmer cooperatives. ©2015, Acta Tabacari...
