In order to investigate the effects of indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) on physiological characteristics of Micro-cystis aeruginosa (M. aeruginosa), the growth, photosynthetic pigment content, chlorophyll fluorescence, lipid oxida-tion, and microcystin biosynthesis characteristics were studied.
