Simple Summary The development and maturation of the intestine is important for piglets to maintain optimal growth and health. Polyamines play key roles in differentiation, migration, remodeling and integrity of the intestinal mucosa after injury. The extensive reviews about the roles of polyamines in intestinal development and function in piglets are presented.
